What is our return policy?

For sanitary reasons, Bon-Zay Collections hygienic pads cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. What we mean by manufacturing defect is a problem with the snap fastener or stitching of the product.

If need be, merchandise return will be accepted within 180 days of merchandise purchase date.

Any merchandise purchased under the Finds section of our website is considered to be a final sale. Bon-Zay Collections reserves the right to refuse any return and/or refund of clearance merchandise.

Items purchased via the Bon-Zay Collections website cannot be returned in store.

Items purchased via stores cannot be returned directly at Bon-Zay Collections.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if Bon-Zay Collections delivers a product that was not ordered, damaged or defective, shipping charges will be paid by the company. For that reason, items must be returned by means of a transportation company that offers a guarantee against lost and damage (ex.: Canada Post). Moreover, the packages sent must be affixed with sufficient postage.

The merchandise purchased online must be returned to the address below:

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt as well as the Merchandise Return Form filled out with the buyer’s information clearly stating whether they require an exchange or a refund and finally the reason for the return.

Bon-Zay Collections agrees to exchange or refund defective items using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that it can take up to seven business days following the receipt of returned merchandise to properly process the refund or shipping of new items.

What is our delivery policy?

In Canada and United States the cost for shipping is $ 6.00. For International Shipping, the cost of delivery is $ 12.00. With any purchase of $75.00 and more, get free delivery.

We offer delivery within the next 10 days when you order by 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us.
